Machine Description
The BSF-A vacuum membrane press consists of two independent parts: a preheating oven and a membrane press. It can fulfill all the heating, forming, and sublimation requirements for solid surface materials.
- Optional type pre-heating oven (touch / hot air heating)
- Industrial 100 m³/h vacuum pump capacity
- The machine uses PID temperature control, a two-side preheating oven, rapid heating, energy savings, and environmental friendliness.
- Structure made from welded stainless steel
- The pre-heating oven is opened by means of pneumatic actuator
- Heating plate made from high-quality anodized aluminum, powered on both sides regardless of the temperature.
- 3mm thickness high quality silicone membrane with 700% elasticity, can be using between -40℃-240℃
- The work table is made of 18mm HPL board fire-resisted laminate plate with grooves
